Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment unless otherwise stated.

During periods of extreme heat, shipping of candles and wax melts may be delayed to help prevent melting or damage in transit.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Rockin’ G Candle Co. is not responsible for carrier delays. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the package and damaged items so we can review the issue.
